Probate
Fees set by California law
When there was no trust, probate fees follow the statutory schedule, and we explain them up front.
Do I need a trust, or is a will enough?
A will is enough for many people. If you own a home in California, a living trust usually spares your family probate, which can take a year or more and costs more than the trust.
On the free call we look at what you own and who depends on you, and recommend the smaller plan when it is enough.
Put it off one more week?
Most families wait for a scare. The first call is free and takes thirty minutes.
